American College of Pediatricians (ACPeds) launches new website providing resources for physicians, parents, and policymakers

June 8, 2020 (Gainesville, FLORIDA) – The American College of Pediatricians announces today their new website, aimed at connecting pediatricians with resources to enable children to reach optimal physical and emotional health and well-being.

The new website, www.ACPeds.org, allows users to easily explore available resources by topic, and focuses on some of the most important issues for pediatricians today, including life matters, parenting, adolescence, immunization, and more.

“We are honored to be able to provide resources to esteemed physicians and pediatricians across the globe who work to help children be the best they can be in terms of emotional and physical health,” said Dr. Michelle Cretella, Executive Director of the American College of Pediatricians. “Our new website simplifies the process and directly connects physicians, parents, and policymakers to the resources they need to optimize the health of young people.”

In addition, the American College of Pediatricians has also released several new videos throughout the site focused on their mission of promoting a society where all children are valued unselfishly.

American College of Pediatrician members now have exclusive access in the Member’s Area to information including patient handouts, continuing medical education (CME) opportunities, and additional resources to aid in the practice of pediatrics. Policymakers, such as legislators and school officials, will find a section under Resources to assist them in crafting fair policy rooted in the best science.
