ACPeds Elevator Speech
You never know when you will meet an individual whose beliefs align with those of ACPeds. Whether they are pediatricians or simply a pro-life, pro-children individual, there is a place for them among ACPeds. Below is a simple, 45-second example of how you can describe ACPeds to your friends, families, and colleagues.
The American College of Pediatricians is a national organization of pediatricians and healthcare professionals and other concerned Americans who are dedicated to doing what’s best for children. We were originally founded almost 20 years ago by a group of doctors who were concerned that national pediatric policy was being dictated by social agendas, rather than science and the needs of children.
ACPeds promotes the optimal health of all children from the moment of conception forward. We operate under the ethical principle of first, do no harm.
Most importantly, while we promote practicing ethically and doing what’s best for children, our beliefs are based on universal moral and scientific truths.
We are proud to be the premier pediatric organization standing for life, recognizing parents as primary nurturers, and advocating for putting children first.
If you too believe in the best for children, I’d love to talk to you more about how you can get involved with ACPeds.
